No infrastructure to sustain the high-tech business at hand. I was told by many employees that the typical life span of new hires is 1 to 2 years or less usually fired but often quit when they see the work and upper management practices/personalities etc.. Its hard to get help here, but if you make a mistake it will be muddled among the sub-cultures within, or used against you when you are not around to defend yourself. Priorities change daily, but employees are still expected to complete all tasks in the same time frames. They seem to hire experienced professionals to try and absorb all of the knowledge and methods, and then dump them for lower paid people so they can try and guide them with their newly gained and accumulated practices. High expectations with minimal time to complete. They do not keep their promises in terms of pay and term of employment, and within the company can be known to be loose cannons no one knows what will happen or if they will have a job the next day. Small company mentality. I think they grew too fast without the proper people to manage it (because they dont stay around long enough).
