Pros

Small-ish company so you can learn a lot

Cons

Compensation is a joke and salary increases rarely happen over the living wage increase. Management is all over the place with company decisions. They don’t show value to their employees.

Pros

Great Cooperative Environment, Great Products, Great Opportunity if you already live in the area. The company is still relatively small and only about 12 years old. There is still a sense that your at the ground floor of something special in the company's future.

Cons

The company tends to lean on its cool factor failing to engage employees with personal goals, training, or new responsibility. The company's long term mission is short sighted and employees tend to have a hard time seeing their own future with the company. There is a disconnect between the Maryland Headquarters and Pennsylvania Factory and a large re-organization seems inevitable.
