Cons

Benefits package isn't great, 401k doesn't fully match employee contribution, disorganized reporting structure for multiple positions which can lead to confusion at times.

Manipulative leadership with huge Houston egos...... Day to day folks are great but upper management lacks integrity and typically offers lip service to get their way in the short term. Worst leadership I have ever worked with.
