Raises may as well be non-existant. Salary employees have no pto system. Benefits become more expensive and cover less each year. Company owners make radical and expensive decisions on a whim in spite of advice from qualified consultants. Nepotism and low pay are a huge problem and force most of the good workers out. I have witnessed and reported sexual harassment and saw no consequences come to the employee due to favoritism.

Management at this company was very disappointing. They claim that they are very transparent but they are very sneaky and make complaints behind your back but then tell you you are doing a great job. They are only looking out for their own bottom line and do not care about their employees. HR is also extremely rude. They never replied to any of my emails or concerns. This company hired me claiming I would be in charge of my own project but the account never came. They then fired me with NO warning and claimed that I was excessively tardy claiming I was 2-10 minutes late everyday. They gave me no warning or help considering they tried to ruin my livelihood. When I filed for unemployment they made outrageous claims to the unemployment office so they wouldn't have to pay. The unemployment office called me and told me that there was no misconduct on my part and that it was in fact the company's fault and I wind up getting it anyway. Do no be fooled by them they come across nice but they will stab you in the back if you are not one of the employees who have been there for years. They are also not as lucrative as the claim and have been very shady with some of their accounts. BEWARE!!
