- Lower compensation comoared to other BPOs - No HMO for dependents - Lots of admin tasks - A lot of extra curricular activites. If you want to be promoted you have to be exposed to the higher management thus the need to join extra curricular activities some of which are being held during weekends/holidays. - Client centric approach. Leaders tend to prioritize the clients need rather than the team's wellbeing. They tend to accept work even without considering the team's capacity. - Some leaders tend to have their favorites and sometimes it's very evident. - Management tends to hire people for supervisory roles and up rather than promote team members that are capable. Promotions are also tenure based. You won't be promoted if you are only in the company for quite some time even though you are capable. - Staffs are the one who teaches the new leaders on how to do thing. L - Burden of KPIs are being passed on the team members but leaders tend to accept clients with low fees. They blame the team members for their inefficiencies but really it is the client's problem and the low fee that they accept but with lots of workload.

- No work-life balance at all. They push work-life integration (you need to work as long as the workload requires you to do so). - Salary is not aligned with the workload, probably one of the lowest in the industry.
