After the traveling tutors leave the locals can learn something if your lucky enough to have local hires.
Cons
You start at $12 an hour no matter how much experience or lack of it you have. This is great for people trying to get into the business. However because of the lack of experience needed this job has a lot of people who don’t care and really shouldn’t be in this type of work. The company breaks their own rules and punishes those who are not part of the “in crowd of yes men.” If you can think for yourself and do your work then don’t waste your time. There are far better companies out there that will treat you well and pay better. If you plan on contracting with this company my advice…. DON’T. My time is spent having to go behind the tutors that are not well trained and fix the mistakes they tell the medical staff. There has been times that is has become a health and safety issue of the patients. Even when this is brought up to management it is brushed under the rug. I am told I am doing a wonderful job and keep it up however I need to stop telling the medical staff, the tutors are giving bad information because I am making the company look bad. NO YOU ARE!
