      -Salaries are laughable -Leadership was lacking the ability to delegate tasks and manage people properly -Workflows were not properly documented -Some tasks felt pointless

      Friendly co-workers and good environment overall

      Cons

      They hired so much people who are unnecessary and then they do not give good raises to their good and loyal employees. So much people leaving the company. Finance department is the worst from all, all new people not having knowledge. The people taking these decisions are destroying the company.
