      Very strict rules, inflexible old school management.

      Pros

      Good for career start when you are ready for 12/7 work schedule. On-time payments. Health insurance. Small teams (2-6 devs).

      Cons

      Office is suffocating and uncomfortable, people sit very close to each other. Impossibility to change your odd project after some time of dedication and suffering on it. Very poor project management which often causes awkward situations. Blackmailing when you try to resign.

      Pros

      They pay without delays and if you need a job in Minsk, they are hiring there. But please, don't believe it will be a good job.

      Cons

      All the rest. Just avoid. Your manager will not know your name after a couple of years working there. The management is the weakest part. No proper communication between people, no support, no interest in people, people are just functions. Most of the people work during weekends and vacations, late hours as well.
