Pros
Genuine experience throughout the management structure to learn from. There is an open office environment, feedback is therefore quick and led by relevant experience with examples Smaller company so less corporate "rubbish" or formalities. Transparent KPIs and career development pathways, expected of a 360 recruitment job. Environment and culture tailored towards driving high performers even higher. Free parking and access off M62 and M6 (see cons too)
Cons
Based outside of Manchester/Liverpool city centre which for some is a con, i.e. there is no after-hours pub culture. Expect longer working hours which are appropriate to desired level of personal and career progression (unlimited bonus scheme but management will provide realistic advice on what is achievable without going under, with an emphasis on working smarter rather than blindly harder/longer).

Pros
Location is good if you can drive and onsite facility are well ran. Company training provider is great with ongoing support. Day to day management is from people who have been there and done it. Its a challenging job and the team get you through the hard days. Salary and bonus are about the same as others i have seen from rec2recs.
Cons
Recruitment is a hard job and some people are real drags on the atmosphere and culture. These people are toxic to be around but most of them have left (or been sacked) because of underperformance and aren't in recruitment any more, or have gone somewhere that they can get away with not doing the job.
