Pros

Every time a truthful review gets posted, Lake Mary posts another fake one with unicorns and sparkles. Reality: this company used to have a mission. It no longer does. It doesn’t care about kids. It doesn’t care about employees. It’s nothing more than another corporate machine with no heart. All employees are very unhappy and there will be a huge turn over this Spring once people receive bonuses. Most people plan to quit.

Cons

Management is clueless. There is no party line. One team does one thing, another has a completely different play book. No matter how well you do, it will never be enough. And the pay is an absolute joke. They treat you like a high pressure salesman and pay you like a Walmart cashier. This company will be out of business inside five years.
