Wildly incompetent leadership, horrible product market fit. The culture at the company only rewards people that look alike and act the same way, if you bring a different perspective you won't be welcome. Interest rates are killing solar and their tiny market is dieing at a rapid rate, instead of facing the problem and adjusting their product they are doubling down. Its a matter of time until the company fails or board removes the incompetent leadership team.

We celebrate the diversity within our company, as we know it only adds to our culture. While we know the renewable energy industry has always faced challenges, we are confident in what the future holds and the part that Scanifly will play in it.
While we don’t agree with your perspective, we do agree in doubling down on our product, leadership team and solar! We wish you all the best in your future endeavors, hopefully you’ll find the right startup for you.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. It's disheartening to hear that you did not feel included in the culture and that your experience did not seem positive. We are always looking for way to improve and take this feedback seriously.
We have been very transparent about the layoff that we as company experienced in 2023, it was a hard decision and intentional efforts were made to support those affected. We agree that the average tenure of an employee is telling. Currently that is 1.9 years, we are proud of that number as it continues to grow.
Our unlimited PTO is a valued policy, we wish you would of been confident in using it during your tenure as we actively encourage people to take well deserved time off. We recognize 14 company holidays throughout the year. In 2023, our employees averaged 12 PTO approved days taken. We stand behind the policy as employees having on average 26 personal days off in a year is an indicator that people are enjoying the life they work so hard to support.

We agree that we've been able to add some very talented experts to our team and strive to empower them. That should be a consistent practice and we will continue to bring attention to it.
