      - Weekly coaching sessions and regular feedback meetings - Freedom to take on responsibility for initiatives - Flat hierarchies, everyone listens to your opinion (no matter your position) - Great tech stack - Everyone tries to continuously improve, also the management - Loads of after-work activities

      You should be able to work independently as this is a scale-up.
