Pros

Flexibile but you will have to arrange/schedule your collection days within 24-48 hours of the “Best Food Day”. Paid drive time. Good management. Opportunity to pickup additional stores for more hours and/or bonuses.

Cons

The pay isn’t the best. . . At only $12/hr for collection and $11/hr for drive time (after the 1st and last 15 mins of driving). The online training needs to be updated and more thorough. Some information is not given in the online training (regarding the equipment, collection details, etc).

Pros

It was better before it moved to Scan Scape. I loved my job before.

Cons

I worked for IRI for two to three years as an FSR. I was with them for the transition to Advantage Solutions and then when they decided to take us back and create Scan Scape. I was told I would make at least what I currently make which was completely false. The new job offer was going to be paid hourly and I was currently being paid a set rate. I made about $60 per a store which each took me around 2 hours. They offered me half of this and would not discuss it with me at all. They told me if I wanted to make what I made currently I would have to take 5 hours in the store instead of two. This just seemed ridiculous to me and I declined the offer. This happened a while ago but I still wanted to leave the review.

Pros

You can claim you have a job.

Cons

You scan UPCs for hours in out-of-the-way stores, get yelled for adding travel time per company rules, and can claim no mileage for all of this just to recieve less than $200 every two weeks. This is advertised as a set your own schedule job but is not and the company wants you to work this as your main source of income with no other jobs. I’ve worked for them for 4 years and have had 14 managers who are all terrible at their jobs. Avoid this job as it is not flexible, wears you and your vehicle down, and causes stress for less than what fast food workers make weekly. This company loves to prey on single parents, college students, people in rural areas, and those needing a second job but never delivers on any promises.
