Pros

The majority of people are very nice. Great flexibility in regard to working at home. Nice office. Fun company events. Good opportunity to grow.

Cons

The firm is extremely understaffed. There are not enough hours in the day to complete work during busy season. Their files are extremely unorganized which makes the job more difficult than it should be. Required to work with too many partners who only care about their own work, not what else you may have on your plate.

A great time if you are in clique

Having started interned and beginning my professional career at Sax, putting in all of the hours and effort for this firm, it really makes one second guess this profession and this firm. This firm is a big clique who get to barely scrape minimum hours while everyone else is working to pick up the slack. Many many people over the last couple of months have left and yet management has done nothing to fill in the holes. It just gets worse and worse for those people left (many of them are actively looking). If you're still here, start looking.

There is nothing good I can think of!!

Cons

In a toxic company!!! Very easy to get the offer letter in only one day!! Most employees find themselves devoid of any emotional connection to their work. The negative atmosphere prevalent in the company diminishes overall job satisfaction
