      None. Nothing good to write.

      Cons

      No Streamlined HR Process - It is like a scam. They find reasons to cut your salary. HR will not tell clear processes. Limited learning opportunities - Not allowed to grow since they are scared the employee will leave. The work is assigned with no background of the task. Honesty is suppose to be their policy but they cheat the customers

      It was nightmare working at savit for a month. I was excited while joining but it soon turned into terrible decision as the person named vishal was rude as he inappropriately commented on my body postures and was use to scream at me unexpectedly. At first I thought its okay but after some time I felt like loosing my self respect and dignity so I left the company because I was feeling mentally blocked. I wanted to talk to management but I was busy working on projects and at that time he was trying to influence people against me, playing politics
