Its definitely a disaster here. Management style is too old fashioned. No pro's here.
Cons
Expect the worst of the worst here. Definitely not a good company for fresh graduates, specially ECE's peoples. Management here is not transparent to their employees. You don't get respected and treated properly. Will definitely not learn great things. If you want to learn and earn, then don't apply here.
