Pros

Some of the people are amazing Good new facilities

Cons

I worked in the Savills Energy Department - A place of sadness and misery. No job progression to be seen and no HR support at all. They will do all they can to give you the most work possible on a minimum wage without any regard for the health and wellbeing of staff. People shout at each other, crying is the norm, and the work that gets done is only 30% of the task - the other 70% of your time will be filled with arduous spreadhseets and 'trackers'. If you have too much work to check their boxes, the work gets sidetracked in order to please management. The most vile and immoral office I have ever had to work in. Please, whatever you do, do not take a job with them if you value your sanity.

Money only goes to money

Pros

Good social life, good location in central London head office, good fun environment to work in, the normal 'down to earth' people are great to work and socialise with.

Cons

Some of the senior management are so out of touch from the real world and are almost inept when it comes to technology. Top level management are arrogant, sexist and posh to the point of not being able to speak and make any sense whatsoever. It's a company that employs a lot of people and brings in huge amounts of money to the country from foreign investors. Unfortunately, the wealth is distributed amongst the already rich and super rich employees and is contributing to the ridiculously over inflated housing market.
