Pros
There's a lot of interesting work and this place gives you the opportunity to learn new things. Most of the attorneys are very pleasant to work with.
Cons
No consistency in office policies. Office policies and procedures change on the whim of management, and there's no recourse without retaliatory behavior. The environment is really toxic and the morale is very low among staff members, and attorneys are aware, but do nothing about it. Several really great secretaries have left, and will keep leaving.
