Pros
None existent, only pro is it's stable, unfortunately
Cons
Too much to list but I'll try: - 0 career progression - No union leading to higher ups making decisions that are both baffling and personally harming to their staff, they wouldn't stand if the union was around - Blatant favouritism leaning into all decisions made - Poor pay in general and 0 benefits - Pay rises don't even rise to meet minimum increases to cost of living - Pressured into doing overtime - Holidays denied for no real reason despite being put in over half a year in advance multiple times - Deliberately ran understaffed so the higher ups can pocket the difference leading to a whole host of problems The list goes on and on, DO NOT work for the company. One of the worst decisions you can make
