At Satrix Solutions, if you have the right attitude (growth mindset) and work ethic, you will have the opportunity to explore different interests and develop the skillsets you want to build. The best part of working at Satrix, though, is the team. Everyone who works here is kind, thoughtful, and dedicated to doing right by clients and employees.
Cons
While not a "con" per se, those who are interested in working at Satrix should definitely be proactive self-starters. The nature of our work provides flexibility, which necessitates a high level of personal responsibility to effectively manage projects and deadlines.

Pros
Small company with remote workforce allowing freedom and flexibility for work-life balance. The entire team is dedicated to delivering excellent service. Communication is the best I have seen and this is a direct reflection of the company values. Everyone is encouraged to bring their ideas to the table, and every idea is considered as a possibility. The work done for clients makes a big impact in the way business is done and the way employees are regarded, which makes it all the better.
