      Pros

      Amazing system Energy work spacy. Every one is helpful. Just no tips. They need to pay the back server bartenders 5% at least on every shift. Was a wonderful experience though.

      Cons

      I would definitely go back and work again at Sassafraz.

      "Family-like" team run by family Flexible hours Friendly wait staff Down-to-earth neighborhood restaurant atmosphere makes it easy to connect with regulars Great food to try and suggest to customers

      Tempers/ Mood swings. Disruptive family arguments. Kitchen management nightmare. Favoritism. Inconsist work moral.
