Pros

Earned days off Benefits Pension Remote work

Cons

Chronic understaffing due to budget restraints Staff are overworked resulting in high rates of burnout and sick leave Adjusters are expected to perform work duties outside their job description on a regular basis, with no additional compensation (adjusters are to maintain their overwhelming work load while doing clerk duties at front counter when clerks are on vacation or days off, due to chronic staff shortage) Tremendous pressure on staff to succeed with inefficient new operating system-Guidewire Toxic management who are aware of issues but do nothing about it because there's no money in the budget for more staff and they need to keep their jobs
