      Horrible culture. Leadership Team is full of yes-men and under-qualified, non-professionals. Culture of fear from the Owner who is unqualified to move the company forward.

      Average Health Benefits PTO is average to above average Friendly co-workers (for the most part) Generally willing to train employees and encourage growth through education

      Often gross mismanagement from leadership team Finger pointing from upper management General employee discontentment from factory workers to front office staff Often unreasonable deadlines from upper management Below average to average pay
