Pros

Direct supervisors and managers care about their staff, but upper management only cares about making revenue. Employees are passionate but lack support/aren't set up for success.

Cons

Toxic work environment. Compensation is severely lacking for industry standard. Unrealistic expectations of job performance and weekly hours. Will work you to the bone with no appreciation/recognition.

The staff that does come in are great.

Cons

Everything. From management to no work like balance, everything is corrupt. Culture is cult like. The sales team “rule the school” and make all the shots. Upper management has eyes on you at all times, there are cameras everywhere. They will stick you in one position and work you to the bone.
