      Pros

      Provides good benefits, quite a calm work environment, good place to learn and also support you in terms of courses.

      Cons

      Very poor progression feels like dead mans shoes, IT systems are very old, poor facilities for staff which verge on depressing.

      Good benefits and that's it

      Cons

      Abusive environment, Absolutely NO training, management doesn't care about their customers at ALL! I never had so many customers tell me it was the worst customer service on the phone or teller line. I worked in back office and still got complaints for other people. You are not allowed to be sick or have a life.
