      Pros

      Monthly and Quarterly Incentives. Fellow employees. Celebrations. Good for freshers to learn. Monthly appreciations in terms of Wow-note, etc. Seniors are helpful always inspite of hectic schedule. Feels like family as almost everyone is friends with each other. You can speak your mind even directly to Directors and they listen.

      Less Salary Very old work techniques Horrible work-hours School-like rules and management-benefiting policies. Less Leaves. No use of latest technologies and practices.

      I am working here from 1 year. Amazing environment, very supportive and friendly atmosphere. The softwares created by Sankalp are top rated. A person who join here will learn a lot. All managers are co-operating juniors.

      Good company for freshers who want to grow technically

      - Team and HR activities are good - Low cost lunch - Learning opportunities are their like you will be working on your project that way you will get the in & out of the System

      Cons

      - Won't recommend for experienced people even though its product based company, if you are coming from a mid-level or upper company you definitely feel suffocated - No SDLC [Agile] is followed - Some Teach leads and managers are not at all efficient , have very less knowledge of design patterns or SOLID principles and won't be able to provide you proper technical solution , they wont even put efforts to learn new tech stack - No canteen - No Private Parking - Work-space ambiance is not that happening , its located in a very old building , will get shocked when you see the office - Most of the reviews on Google is fabricated by the Marketing team - No work-life balance due to over-commitment and less efficient resources - In time was very strict you have to be in office by 9:15
