      There's no opportunity in New Zealand

      Pros

      Great brand I represented with some great people. Fun projects with a lot of autonomy (but that might be because Australian leadership was always busy).

      Cons

      All of the opportunity to progress your career is only available on Australia. The NZ marketing team doesn't get treated well, with morale being low. If you're in the new Zealand office, there is a lot you miss out on even in terms of projects. Team connection is vital for not only great results, but great comrarderie. When this isn't prioritised at all, it can lead to isolation and feeling like your contribution/value lacks. You may not be able to measure it, but it matters tremendously.

      Friendly environment with a caring culture. Good opportunities for the right people and really care for their staff. A strong focus on L&D.

      Cons

      Long days, to make up for a short day on Friday.

      Pros

      Very friendly and inclusive culture. The company really looks after its staff and no expense is spared with provided food or Christmas presents etc. It is extremely common to come across people who have worked here for 30-40+ years which speaks for itself. Half days on Fridays are a great perk!

      Cons

      The only con would be that people have been there for such a long time that they may not be receptive to change and are fixed in their ways.
