Really? none, this place will sell you and promise you anything to get you in, once you are in, you are on your own.

Cons

No work-life balance, Employees who care are driven out of the job. This place is not good for the soul. The Harder you work does not matter, you will get stepped on and they will give you more and more work until you quit.

Corporate environment with HR department. Very concerned over your safety.

Cons

Company was split in two Due to politics.You could be the best at your job, actually care of the work you produce, be a hard worker, but if you're not part of the "that's my guy" circle, you would never go anywhere.High salaried hires with people that knew nothing about their job while hard working people were let go.
