Pros
People are extremely smart, product is very successful. People seem personally invested in the business and are willing to go "above and beyond". Growth and hiring are rapid. Good atmosphere, friendly helpful people.
Cons
Executive/sales/marketing have stars in their eyes and are not in touch with the technical realities of the product. They have gotten used to the insanely high output of an overworked team, which simply will not scale.
