I can't think of one reason, there are multiple reasons to work at SandCup, first the opportunity to grow as a designer and as a person, second the working environment here is totally different and refreshing from any other company so that's a plus point.
Cons
While the work here is exciting, there are times when tight deadlines can be a challenge. However, this is common in our industry.
