Pros

Lots of Dance events and extra activities. 5. Free AC Buses and Cabs to pick and drop from anywhere in Noida, Delhi, Gurgoan. 6. Free salary with no work, good if you want to prepare for IAS/MBA etc. 7. Girls boys ratio is 1:1. 8. Helpful employees. 9. Hindi speaking people in office/meetings which is not there in bangalore. 10. Frequent trips to South Korea and other countries. You flights will be booked with 4 star hotel accommodation with 60 US Dollars as Daily allowance apart from your monthly salary. But you need to work 14 hours per day over there which can make your life hell.
Cons
1. Samsung takes coding tests 2 times a month which is so called as competency test and is divided into 4 levels. Everybody is required to clear upto 3rd level test if you want to sustain in the company which is very very difficult having dp/backtracking problem. 2. There is a terror in the eyes of employees for losing their job anytime. Nobody feels secure over there. 3. Nobody is doing any work there. Everybody is trying to pass tests. You will get a feeling that you are still in school/college. 4. When tests takes place, HR are the invigilators. They walk around the room if anybody is found asking something, they will mark him/her a 4 rating in the coming appraisal cycle. At 5 rating you get fired and at 4 you get 1-2 months to resign. 5. Timings : 9 hrs compulsory in office with 1 hr to go out. You have to enter the office premises before 10 AM. Only for any 2 days in a month you can complete 6 hours in office. After that your leaves will get deducted. If your leaves finishes, then your salary is deducted. 6. Samsung provides AC buses/cabs but they come b/w 7-8 AM only. You need to wake up so early to catch the bus. Buses leaves only at 5.30 PM. 7. Work is very poor with no learning/development. Mostly time is wasted to find a particular samsung model in which issue has arrived which is mostly not there. 8. Working weekends but you can take leave on any weekday in lieu of that.
