Amazing boats and equipment, good facility

Out of touch management who seem too think their staff are happy , little do they know that every member complains consistently, bullying is a daily occurrence and management seem too be the examples, ego is outrageous , great that hr has joined this year , she is very integral too curb this culture management have no idea how unlike they are. Alot of great people got nothing after 12 years of commitment when they closed this spring . Sad too see the hardworking from the beginning not recognized.
