      Pay and benefits are fantastic!

      Cons

      Management is miserable,NO sickdays (unless state mandated),schedule changes and overtime without notice,WEAK union negotiations, HIGH rejection % for time off/vacation requests. If you love your family or have any obligation outside of Sahlens this is not the job for you.
