      Pros

      You have the possibility to work in several countries around the world, if you are good you get the autonomy and there are a lot of people with a lot of knowledge where you can learn a lot.

      Cons

      Safira doesn't pay according your experience as they should review salaries and the evaluation process could be much much better. The onboarding to new people should be improved because there were some situations of people who left the company because no one gave them help and onboarding.
