      The Raleigh, NC team is the best!

      Pros

      Based on other reviews I have seen, your experience really does depend on which office you work in. The Raleigh office is a well-oiled machine that is organized, ethical, and has a great team culture. Management goes out of their way to prioritize personal and professional development. The mentorship program in that office is a huge selling point for anyone looking at the internship program or wanting to get a start in sales and entrepreneurship.

      Cons

      Any cons I have brought up to management (which are standard for any sales job) have been addressed by the Raleigh management team.

      Cool people, chill environment, nice building

      Cons

      Commission structure itself is insulting. Commission opportunities almost non existent. Company has no vision in an already overly saturated market, and it seems there is no growth potential.
