Nobody here cares. Nobody is building towards anything. Working towards anything. This company has lost it's best people because it has zero desire to grow and offer those people reason to stay.

Good leadership, nice people and no micromanagement. Great comp plan with uncapped earning potential. Self driven/motivated folks will thrive here. I was happy at my last company and was not looking to make a move. I am really glad I joined the team. Best decision I have made in my career.
