This company is a mess. They have executives that are lost. A corporate chef that verbally abuses everyone, in front of staff and managers. They have a HR department that can't see issues and really has no clue how to handle the issues that arise. another leader is a joke at best. A leader at one location is screwing another leader.. even have text messages to prove it and still they see nothing. Managers at multiple locations frequently sleep with staff and nothing is done. They give you no time off and if you do take time off your probably going to get fired for it. they go through managers like paper towels.. the word retention is foreign to them, they lose good dedicated people and trade them in for lazy managers that do nothing. STAY AWAY... run the other way!!!!

The owner is basically nuts, but, he is an incredibly smart business man who has built this business from the ground up and I can't help but respect that. He has located these restaurants in just amazing spots, gold mines if you will which is brilliant. On the flip side, he shouldn't be dealing with employees or Corporate level people at all. The turnover at Corporate was 100% when I was there. He talks to everyone like they are idiots. He is one of those guys that you would love to talk to or have a drink with but to work for him was as stressful as it gets and most the time I wanted to bash my head into the wall when I got home from work. :)
