      Pros

      Training is ok. Holiday parties are nice loaded with prizes (from the extra money they keep from contracts). Benefits are ok.

      Cons

      Better communication between management and employees should be a priority. Low compensation (government pays 100% for contractors, Sabre pays out less than 20%, and keeps 70+% profit).
