Pros

1. Good salary, standard SL and VL. Maxicare HMO. 2. Supportive immediate head. Very professional.

Cons

1. Management issues. Used to be a hybrid setup, and it worked, but then suddenly the company decided to scrap the idea altogether. 2. Management not open to ideas and has a obvious bias to the other department besides engineering.

Pros

Good culture, management team do a lot to communicate, the use of global model to provide resource is quite unique, big culture of travelling to meet people in other countries and build connections. Work on big projects and everyone is very approachable They do really value the employee and want to build a positive culture

Cons

Dominated by a few big projects, big need to diversify The UK business is a company that has grown quickly and as such several of the processes you'd expect to see aren't in place. Poor accountability for bad performance, the culture can be too nice.
