      I loved having the opportunity to provide calm assurances to clients who believed their issue could only be resolved through anger. I was given the means and training to provide upset customers with significant, out-of-the-box resolutions.

      Cons

      When the company closed their Red Deer location and moved to New Brunswick, I wasn't able to continue my career with them.
