      Pros

      Everyone at SWTCH couldn't be more sweet! Have yet to encounter a jerk or someone with an ego trip - office politics are nearly imperceptible. Everyone helps each other - great teamwork and collaboration. A diverse company full of problem solvers and industry experts, this is a great place to share your ideas, learn, and grow!

      Cons

      Definitely need to hire more team members - especially women! This company is growing fast and currently lots of people are wearing lots of hats which makes it both overwhelming at times and hard to tell who reports to whom. These issues will most likely be resolved soon.

      CEO interferes and makes the workplace toxic. Impossible to be productive. Misaligned priorities between CEO and rest of the product team causes ineffective practices
