A big part of Intrasofts manpower has moved there, and not the good part. Most of the older employees know each other with the result of covering and embracing each other. Some has taken highly ranked positions without the right credentials and in some cases the familiarity they have with the director creates a big problem.

There’s a troubling amount of favoritism within the company. Promotions seem to go to those who are most closely aligned with upper management, rather than those who demonstrate the most potential or hard work. This creates a demotivating environment where it feels like your career growth is limited by office politics rather than merit. The company culture is riddled with negativity—gossip is rampant, and there is a lot of backstabbing. People are afraid to speak up or express concerns for fear of retribution or risking their job. This climate makes it difficult to feel secure, and employees are left walking on eggshells. The stress levels are high, and the support from leadership is virtually nonexistent. If you’re looking for a place where you can grow, thrive, and work in a supportive and positive environment, this is not the place for you. The people are genuinely great, but the toxic environment created by micromanagement, gaslighting, and favoritism overshadows any positives. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYWONE.
