      It pays better than minimum wage.

      Cons

      *Management is incompetent except for a select few over the 7 or so stores in the group *Accounting department can’t do basic math *The owner makes a lot of decisions that only hurt his stores. *I have never seen anyone being promoted within the group, they always hire outside individuals for management positions.
