      Pros

      - Nice office location near the lake

      Cons

      - Very chaotic CEO, who works on a million other ventures and is barely in the office - Mostly thrifty management when it comes to in-house spending on electronics, team events etc... - Still like a start-up, it has potential, but it can't grow healthy if the CEO Tobias Reichmuth remains, because he is a notorious liar and not good for the sustainable health of the company

      Solid firm with a great future ahead and career opportunities. Good place to learn, culture is inclusive and entrepreneurial.
