      Pros

      If you are a self-motivated person, SUPARCO offers all the resources to you for R&D. Starting salary is very good.

      Cons

      Career growth is pretty slow. Zero respect. Only criterion for promotion is seniority. Higher education and/or knowledge gives you no benefit in promotion.

      Pick & Drop Medical Facility On time Salary Saturday Off Housing Subsidy

      Cons

      No Career Progress If you are joining as a Staff No respect for Staff Officials. Facility of Car / Motorcycle Advance, Welfare loans, House building advance are all turn based instead of need base. Office etiquette are more important than productivity and timeliness. Forceful transfers near retirement. Jail like environment. High Discrimination between officer and staff, like separate canteen, separate lunch menu's, accommodation even the washrooms are also separate. Unnecessary late sittings.
