      Fair staff benefits i) B-day leave ii) Medical iii) Dental Good Brand - Group member of SHKP Stable company - Not really affected by the covid, salary growth and bonus last year

      i) Salary not competitive enough ii) Still lots of paper work while it is DC company iii)A relatively high debt company, profit may be affected by the rising int rate And it may affect your bonus and salary
