The various teams made the most of an average situation. Lots of smart people to work with.

Cons

There was little emphasis on the technology. It lacked strategy and direction. Communication was terrible.

Couldn't think of a single pro on my exit interview.

Cons

Stretched so thin across multiple projects and non stop pressure. Extremely underpaid. Lead tester (who can snap out of nowhere and remain in a huff for weeks) needs to remain there for ever as they are far too under skilled to work in a similar role elsewhere. This can cause frustrations when discussing technology. Project manager who is so aggressive that people discussed whether they should go over HR's heads and call the police. Revolving door Extremely boring projects make it hard to care and stay motivated.
