      Not a Pleasant Place to Work

      Some colleagues ok, initial training is good.

      Cons

      Cleaky group of employees that are not very welcoming to new staff. Typical unpleasant factory environment. Was glad to leave.

      Pros

      Flexible working hours, nice co workers. If you are a spineless yes man then this is the company for you.

      Cons

      Senior managers/ directors shout and swear at staff. Middle management bully and belittle staff, hr department work from home most of the time. If you have a problem with bullying they don’t care and just say that managers/directors are under stress. No organisation or communication.

      Provide health support package and flexi where you can build hours up and allowed to take 2 days every quarter

      Cons

      Made 3 set of redundancies in the last year and half. Directors are very old school and will talk to there employees in a very poor manner
