Closely knit group of employees. Most teams have great middle managers who understand team dynamics.
Cons
Poor communication and leadership is plaguing this company. Upper management is completely unaware of development time to properly schedule any projects.

Cons
Marketing their brand is not their strong suit. Most do not realize that their CRM integration is their bread and butter.
