      In this company you will learn how to tolerate with difficult and backstabbing individuals that are way beyond their time to retire but still clinch because of their previous affiliation with the founder.

      Cons

      - Low market salary and unreasonable working hours and expectation, including mandatory working on Saturdays; - Unhealthy and toxic culture; some Staffs and employees are shouted and scolded openly with demoralising comments; -Favouritism to family and siblings that are related to the founder -Over-rated achievements; basically survive on government grants, with no clear strategic sustainability plans; this can be substantiated by loses of revenues for multiple years;
